20 days of paid time off (PTO)
Approximately 9 paid holidays per year
CME, professional licensing, and insurance-panel registration allowance: $4,500 in the first year and $3,500 annually thereafter
401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer match, plus an additional 3% contribution/match based on total salary

Schedule & Practice Support
Full-time, Monday–Friday clinical schedule
Start date to be mutually agreed upon
Dedicated technicians and support staff
Close collaboration with an established team of ophthalmologists and optometrists
Clinical Growth & Mentorship
A major strength of this opportunity is direct mentorship from fellowship-trained ophthalmologists, including expertise in cornea/external disease and neuro-ophthalmology, as well as pediatric ophthalmology. The position offers extensive exposure to medical eye disease, perioperative care, specialty contact lenses, and collaborative management of complex patients.

Candidates must be eligible for Texas optometric licensure and will be expected to obtain the Texas Optometric Glaucoma Specialist (OGS) designation.
