Target Base Compensation: $125

Current patient volume: Average 80 per week Office only.
Estimated Surg Volume for this role: Minimal to moderate (Minor surgery, amniotic membrane, punctal plugs, etc.)
Support Staff: Front Office 2.5, Office manager, 1, Tech 1.5, Optician 1, Billing 1, House call dept. 2, Doctors: 1.5.
Hospital Call: zero
ODs on Staff: 1.5
OD Network: 4 surgery centers but primarily work with one.
OD – patient per day expectation: 20
Refractive Surgery - Lasik: Pre and Post-opt care
